Fisherman’s Kitchen is the creation of Ryan Rogers, Captain of the commercial Alaskan fishing vessel, The Cat-Bil-Lu and owner of Fisherman’s Market in Eugene, Oregon. After years of offering take and bake options to our Market customers, we’ve expanded our business and created Fisherman’s Kitchen—our online store.

Ryan has been commercial fishing for 35+ years in South-Central Alaska. He spends his summers there aiming to catch salmon, a time he refers to as his “paid vacation.”

Fishing is a family affair for the Rogers—Ryan's daughter and son spend their summers on their pop's fishing vessel and Ryan's wife was also a commercial fisherwoman.

Because of the our experience and ties with the fishing industry we understand every aspect of what goes into catching and delivering a great product, and are involved in every step of the process. Partnering with responsible, quality-conscious fishers to deliver a unique boat-to-table dining experience so our customers can have confidence knowing where their food comes from.
