The story of the crawfish pie started at our our brick and mortar store, Fisherman’s Market. We once had four fish mongers on the crew who hailed from that little slice of comfort food heaven...New Orleans.
In a burst of nostalgic inspiration, Greeley Alder, had the idea one day to whip up some pies from his mother’s old recipes. And the rest is pretty much history!
Since then, our Cajun Crawfish Pie has been met with rave reviews from both our regulars and folks just passing through, like Guy Fieri from the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.
